This is a quaint, nicely decorated cafe. Reservations I think are required, as the place isn’t very large. Also, we pre ordered our high teas which I think is also required. They have two tea menus you can choose from. The larger one is tea from Paris and the smaller one are teas from a local company in Burnaby. The first thing to arrive was a shrimp salad. This was something different than other high tea places i had been to. I thought it was a nice way to start off. When the rest of the high tea sets came, it didn’t look like much but it actually was filling. From the savoury items, they all tasted ok. I enjoyed the prosciutto wrapped asparagus. I added the scone, which was yummy. The choux cream puff was cute and tasty. I didn’t try the cupcake, but my friend said it was too sweet and not very good. The panna cotta wasn’t that good to me either.Overall, service was good, food was ok, and the atmosphere is nice. In comparison to other high teas I have been to, I think I like the choices of items better at other places. But it was nice trying a new place.

A hidden gem ! My friend wanted to try this caf for high tea so we went about 2 weeks ago. We ordered the smaller demi high tea since we weren’t too hungry, and everything was really delicious. The highlights were their specialty fruit tea (for extra charge) and orange cupcake. Normally I don’t really like cupcakes, but the orange cupcake wasn’t too sweet and icing was perfect. I’ll definitely go back for another high tea, and will order the full set next time 😛

Most wonderful, cute, intimate and very fine British themed little tea house. Serving high tea and demi tea – great place to take family and friends to. They also have one of the best coffees we’ve had in a long time. We will definitely be back. Try to reserve for busy times as seating is limited.

I would highly recommended this place for high tea dates or just a coffee date! 🙂 it’s a hidden location but that is what makes it quiet and unique. great staff and chefs and they make delicious food! We had both the Demi and full set of High tea. If you have a big appetite, you would definitely want to go for the full set. Demi set wouldn’t be able to fill you up. Their crime brle was the BEST by the way.
