15 minutes for a glass of water.25 minutes for our orders to be taken.Eternity to meet our server…That’s right! We were sat down immediately at a booth, but we never actually met our server. There was a blonde waitress serving the table behind us, in front of us, and next to us, yet despite seeing us without water or food, she glanced at us and walked right on by. This occurred about 3-4 times and it wasn’t actually busy! Finally, the bartender approached us with water, sincere apologies, and assurance that our server would be right along.After 25 minutes, we decided to switch tables, closer to the bar so we could potentially change servers (whoever ours was…) and possibly have our orders taken! What a joke! I’ve never been to a bar/establishment with this kind of service and I’ve lived here for nearly 30 years! The only redeeming thing about this whole experience was the bartender who took an initiative and served every customer, even though it was clearly someone else’s job.
