My experience here was great. We ordered and minutes later our food arrived. As all you can eat sushi goes it was really very tasty. The staff were friendly and efficient.

The food is ok. But how can you go wrong with Cali rolls, however this place messed it up. The avocados were mooshy and tasted very fishy. The teriyaki chicken was good.

My friends and I went in for AYCE lunch. The menu has a fair variety to it with choices of different sushis, udons, appetizers, and some teriyaki options. We tried the typical salmon nigiri, inari sushi, katsu-don, chicken teriyaki, etc. The food was alright, typical taste that you would get at any AYCE restaurant, If you look closely on the menu, you will see that the restaurant is allowed to adjust portions that you ordered on your ticket. they can also charge you for leftovers you have. We entered the restaurant at around 1 PM, sent out our ticket for the first round. The food came in deducted portion compared to what we wrote on the ticket, so we finished our food fairly quickly and our table was left empty for approximately 30 minutes. Our second ticket was submitted to the kitchen 30 minutes before their closing time. Needless to say we were unhappy about having to have such a rushed dining experience. When they served the second round of food we ordered, we were surprised to find that they included food that never came in the first round after our table was EMPTY FOR 30 MINUTES PRIOR TO THE SECOND TICKET. The portion was way more than what we had expected to handle when we ordered the food, we finished it nevertheless to avoid the penalty. Overall it was a pretty bad dining experience, no one filled our water or asked how the food was for the first 1 1/2 hours; it was only until 30 minutes before closing we get frequent visits from the waiter and the waitress that seem to have nothing better than to walk around and pass through the area where we were sitting ( there were only two groups in the restaurant at the time, the waiter and waitresses weren’t even there to fill our the water, more likely that they’re checking when we’ll be finished) which made us uncomfortable. Will not be back again.

I think I just found my favourite AYCE spot/place with roof + windows + food to stuff my face. Got quite a lot of good press about this joint from friends of mine so I was extremely elated to finally try it out! And Tomokazu did not disappoint! The food quality here is unreal for an AYCE spot; no rushed preparation with sub-par ingredients here all for the sake of speed. Everything was delicious! I especially liked their cones and various sashimi offerings. Rangoons and Korean BBQ meat on menu was a nice surprise too. The service was solid and the ambiance here was better than I expected it would be. And the price for all this goodness? $17 for dinner AYCE… which is just ridiculous!P.S. Owned by the same people who run Ninkazu, another one of my favourite AYCE spots & a straight-up Richmond institution!

Great place to come and have really good salmon and tuna nigiri, Alaska, dynamite and other standard rolls. They have great agedashi tofu, karage, tonkatsu, and much more+ it’s a great deal for only $12 and the food is good and fresh. You don’t get the fancy rolls or sashimi (you can pay extra for sashimi) but they have such a varied menu for all palettes!

First time here for late night, was quite busy for a wednesday night! The price ($17) for ayce was worth it but it wasn’t THE best I’ve ever tasted. Im not a heavy fan for sushi, their chicken teriyaki was the best for me and the udon noodles tasted a bit undercooked. Gyoza, short ribs, chicken wings, tofu were all pretty solid for the price paid.
