Welcome to the Bridge Bistro. We are an independent, locally owned restaurant, located on Highway 3 and along the Elk River, with the most amazing views overlooking the beautiful Lizard Range.WE SERVE BREAKFAST / BRUNCH, LUNCH, DINNER, DRINKS and DESSERTS Made in house, European and north American style cooking, Eggs Bennys, bowls and skillets for breakfast and brunch, soups and stews, wraps and sandwiches, quesadillas and pizzas for lunch and for dinner we offer burgers, pastas, pizzas and explore with Canadian wild meat; Alberta boar schnitzel with sptzle and Alberta Bison Carpaccio to name a couple. New for this winter is our appetizer / small plate menu, we offer 12 different little plates, you can pick and choose, and have a few as you main, or share one with others.On nice sunny days in the sumer, we open up our overhead doors, and invite you to join us on the patio or if you so choose, feel the sun and the breeze even sitting indoors.
