I heard that this restaurant was run by the former owners of Mee Wha so I assumed it would be good. It was however surprisingly poor; poor service (one man just stood behind a counter, occasionally answering the phone, making no attempt to help their patrons), and perhaps some of the worst Chinese food I have had in Victoria as far as portion size, taste and quality. It was so bland that you were desperate to add some soy or chili sauce or anything that would add flavor. And the prices were really high. It hits you the moment you look at the menu. I don’t mind paying more than the normal range if the food warrants it, but this definitely doesn’t.
