The burger I had was very good. The waitresses seemed more interested in flirting with the drinkers for tips than in providing services to this non drinker who ordered water. Fortunately I was there to eat and not socialize.Edit: Today my wife and I returned to this location for lunch. Service was slow to get to our table throughout our stay. My wife ordered a chicken sandwich that was removed from the menu and enjoyed it. My Steak and eggs arrived to the table slightly above room temperature and the steak was well done not medium.
Went here a few nights ago after I got off work at 11pm. I texted my husband wanting a wrap with a salad on the side. He asked the wait staff if their was an extra charge for substituting the fries for a salad, apparently the waitress didn’t understand the question. Most places have a standing order of fries with the burgers/wraps and a charge to substitute if you want salad, Caesar salad, yam fries, etc, this waitress just didn’t get the freeken question. My wrap had ranch dressing on it, I did not want the dressing in it but on the side. So in my text I stated ranch dressing on the side. I didn’t say extra ranch dressing, I asked for the ranch dressing ON THE SIDE. When we got the bill she charged us for the dressing. Since you first off can’t understand verbal communication, then perhaps if your reading something, ask questions? The food wasn’t great, with my wrap I had Caesar salad, there was a bit of lettuce, lots of croutons and even more dressing, this really put the eww factor into it. The lettuce in the wrap was soggy, wilted, some black edges from going off, and slimy, the lettuce wasn’t crispy as in fresh. The waitress couldn’t be bothered to check on us, the only thing she did do right was kept our drinks filled and she was loud(we sat by the door and we could hear her while she was at the bar. I know it is part of the outfit or uniform, but her shorts were short shorts, weren’t flattering and her butt cheeks were falling out of them. Yes sex sells (in this case if your drunk) but the owners should have a bit more class or taste in their uniforms, the uniforms need to be flattering not skanky.

The waitress kept apologizing for the wait and said that there was a party happening in the back room…fair enough, but 1 hour?? And how long does it take to fry up some pickles? From what I could see there were 3 cooks in the kitchen, maybe put one one the party and the other two on the rest of the customers next time?
