I have been to a few of the different Dae Ji locations and I don’t know if one is better than any other although the Robson Street location is maybe more nicely decorated than some others. This one is the closest to home for me, so I have shown up a few times. We almost always order the fried chicken. I don’t know if it is the best Korean Fried Chicken that I have had although I have no complaints. It is crispy and flavorful. Maybe the Sweet and Spicy could be a little less generously sauced but I’m not sure that is a bad thing. It seems expensive but there is really a lot of chicken in an order and you can split and get 2 kinds on a plate. The Soy Sauce Chicken is very good and I like the fried potato slices that come with it. We also enjoy the omelette rice. Also worth trying are the cutlets. Most orders have some kind of Banchan like tasty pickled radish, Cole slaw, rice and corn (maybe I am misusing the word Banchan in applying it to all of that). They are friendly and helpful here. It is a comfortable enough place and worth a visit. yeswereeatingagain.com
