Good place to watch a game and eat and drink with friends. We came in to watch the 2018 soccer World Cup final. They let us pick and reserve tables a day in advance. Food was good pub food with some vegetarian and pescatarian options.
Smells like stale beer, just about empty. Three of us walked in and sat down. The waitress walked by us and started clearing tables. We waited for her to come back, she came back, walked by us again and started talking to presumably the regulars at the pool table. We were there for ten minutes and not even greeted or recognized. So we went elsewhere. Glad we did. We went to the guildford station and was served right away and the place was packed. Food is better there anyways.
Food and service were good. Drinks were served promptly as soon as we were seated. The server was very attentive and knowledgeable and made good food recommendations.
