Our absolute favourite neighbourhood restaurant – great food, wonderful servers and long time family owners that make you feel valued and comfortable. BEST pizza in town and all traditional Greek dishes and pasta always delicious. We always know what well get – great food, service, fun and a completely decent bill!

I have gone here since I know a friend of the co-owner. The prices for take out pizza and pasta are out to lunch. For the price of what you get here, your are better off to go to Anton’s. They put a small order of pasta in a large take out container and charge you full price of $15 +.
Great Greek food. We were visiting the area this past weekend and were looking for a different place to try. Royal Oak wasn’t too far from our hotel, and wasn’t booked up solid, with some favorable reviews so we thought to give it a shot. We were glad we did. The food was great, atmosphere nice, servers friendly. I love calamari and souvlaki so was very happy to see the combo being offered, and it was all done to perfection, fresh tzatziki was excellent. Responses from the rest of my family were all similar.Any time I find myself in a proper Greek restaurant I must cram in a piece of bahklava for dessert, as I did this evening. Fresh, sweet, tasty. My wife had a problem with one drink but they quickly offered to replace it. When she declined the server took it off the bill immediately. No fuss, no muss.If I lived in the city, Royal Oak would soon be a regular go-to for us.
Royal Oak Pizza. Liked the cozy, homey, and laid back atmosphere. food was just ok. pricey for the quality ($30 for a pizza? $85 for 2 person combo?) obviously, they have a loyal following of regulars. what i didn’t like was the servers seemed to only be lavishing attention on these (i’m just guessing here) regulars. i shouldn’t have to wait for a glass of water while 2 servers are doting on the table next to me
I went here after work one day to pick up dinner and what a mistake! I got the Calamari dinner which came with rice, a potato, tzaziki sauce, pita bread and a greek salad. This was a huge disappointment! The Calamari was so disgusting it was just a bunch of hard, rubbery rings. We ended up throwing it out. There was not even a single baby octopus. The only OK thing about this dish was the potato … But how can you mess up a baked potato anyway? Huge dissapointment from a place that’s supposed to be an authentic Greek restaurant (Indians working in the kitchen). I would have been better off getting dinner from McDonalds that night. Never going back again!
I only get lasagna or pizza w/caesar salad I haven’t been dissapointed plus friendly polite service
