The heart of Sab Caf and Bistro is our love for food, and more specifically, our passion for gathering, breaking bread around a communal table and sharing lifes simplest pleasures with the people we love. The word Sab derives from old Hebrew and though it has many translations, our interpretation of it plays on the words plenty, or plentiful. Our mission is to find passion and richness in the simplicity of everyday life. Inspired by the flavours of the Middle East and the Mediterranean, our food offers an experience like none other, a combination of flavours, colours and memories that mirrors our travels around the world.
