Used to be our favourite place for sushi since there opening. Ordered today to take out and when came home noticed that portion was much more smaller. If one box was more than enough to eat before now it needs to be doubled. So, after today we will be going back to our previous sushi place. No more 104 sushi. Doesn’t worth it!!
Great Sushi, absolutely wonderful service!!!We have always been treated very well and delivery is always quick and food is tasty large rolls and hot. We have even had special treats a few times for no charge to have a little taste tester of other items. Very sweet staff:)So happy to have this restaurant in our neighborhood and hope that all of our friends and neighbors will big part of supporting 104 Sushi for long term success. Oh the Sashimi slices are huge, no other places we have been even come close in size and freshness well worth eating out and our girls love it. Very cool we can actually walk to go out for great dinners together for a little exercise! Small sushi place next to Tim Hortons in Fraser Heights expensive and horrible. Really glad we have 104 Sushi now to go to.
Previously thought place was ok until yesterday I noticed one of the Sushi preparers smoking a butt outside. I watched as he came in and started rolling sushi without first washing his hands. This is a deal breaker for me.
A cozy place located conveniently in Fraser Heights for people in the neighbourhood to enjoy! I typically order rolls from here; they can be on the pricier side, but they’re delicious as well as large! I recently got a salmon and negitoro roll along with the French Kiss roll, and the portions were generous. Plenty of fresh fish, plenty of roll!
Nicest servers ever, very attentive of their customers. Great food the rolls are big, best part is that it is like a 1 minute walk away could go everyday if I wanted!

They’re under new management now (they are 104 Sushi and Co. ZION now) and their food has improved. The menu is more focused on sushi. There is now a deluxe chirashi don which has a good variety of sashimi, though the regular chirashi already has a good amount. I like how they have both Atlantic and Wild Sockeye salmon. They also serve great aburi or seared sushi albeit not boxed/pressed. (a few weeks ago this was a combo on the menu but now you can only order them individually). Service is friendly and fast.Unfortunately there isn’t Korean fried chicken anymore which was pretty good. They still have bibimbap and a few other Korean stone pot dishes though.
