We went to this Greek restaurant today. The waitress was extremely rude. The vegetarian dishes on the menu got meat stock in it, thats totally misleading. Never never going there again. Awful place with grumpy staff.
I have been to a lot of restaurant greek and others, for my lifestyle now is almost an empty nester. We eat out almost 5-7 times a week. This is the worse ever I have been and I walked out immediately. Paid for the drink I ordered and left without finishing it. The server was nice but not know much on what is going on. The menu is very misleading they offer platter for 2 at 56.50 and it looks like wine is included but apparently it has to be ordered and charged on top with the meal to be able to purchase that particular item on the menu. So non alcohol drinkers this is no go. So I ordered it and the server left and a while later came back and said they have to charge extra for we are 3 and it is platter for 2. After agreeing to paying for the wine which is not clearly stated in the menu, ordering a drink for my minor child and later telling me there are changes in their management, they are charging me extra. I decided this is not for me and left.
Bad business practice!Order take out the roast lamb got to be days and days old. Portion was so small with a piece of big bone. Every part of it is dry and not even a drip of juice. Mediterranean chicken was small and the so call filing was not one even teaspoon size of it. No taste of sundries tomatoes and cheese. Also dried as hell. It is not fresh cooked. It is something the chef throw it into a tin foil container and reheated it then throw a few chicks of potatoes and rice.. terrible service. Will not recommend to anyone and I hope every consumers look at these reviews.
NEVER GOING BACK THERE EVER AGAIN. The worst experience ever. Went in for a lunch with a colleague in a cold-snow showering-winter afternoon, ordered lunch from a Dinner menu that was given to us by mistake by the Waitress and obviously the food served was little coz that item was actually an appetizer in the Lunch menu which we never got, therefore we ended up ordering food to go from the lunch Menu now. The waitress offered us to upgrade the appetizer that we were getting to go for a meal for $3 extra so we agreed to that. Settled the bill, paid 15% tip, waited for 20 mins for the order to get ready and got back to work pretty late. The worst part was when we opened the food that we got to go later and it was actually the appetizer and not the meal!!! Worst experience ever. That restaurant was not even busy, there were hardly 5 customers inside, I have no idea why such a mess????
We ordered 2x calamari lunch. It was consistent on both plates of over cooked food.I almost choked on a calamari because it was like rubber! Some of it was hard as rocks too! There were dirty tables when we arrived and the same dirty tables when we left. It was not busy.
We were there on a Sunday for Father’s Day. They were able to easily accommodate a party of 10 with reservation. Food was delivered pretty quickly within 20 minutes for a large party. I had the seafood souvlaki with a mix of salmon, scallop and prawns. It was grilled and full of flavour. The rice was perfectly done. Tzatsiki sauce could have been better. I’ve had tastier sauces elsewhere. Calamari was a little too oily. It wasn’t outstanding. But my dinner was awesome. My son had lamb souvlaki. He also really enjoyed the food. Everyone enjoyed their meal. Price was very reasonable for the portions you get. Only two additional remarks: automatic 20% gratuity fee was added (I guess because we were a large party) and the waitresses wear very short tight dresses that made some of us at the table uncomfortable.
I went there last week, as I remember their roasted lamb was good. It was still good, but (a) it was not busy, only about five tables of guests, yet the we waited a very long time for the food; (b) I was celebrating an anniversary and brought a cake, and I was told they charged $1 per head for cleaning the plates. It was not a cake cutting fee, but a $5 fee to clean five plates and five forks. Hmmmm. There was no circumstance that they would waive the ridiculous fee. I have never been charged for this anywhere I have gone; (c) the Greek salad was unremarkable. Fortunately, the halibut I thought was done well; (d) though it was not busy, our waitress was very hard to flag down and did not come to check on us so we had to flag her down to get drink refills; (e) normally a roast lamb platter comes with Greek salad, no? Hmmm. I do not think I will go here again.
