Simmer Down Caf is a fully licensed family restaurant located in the Villagers Inn in beautiful Fruitvale, B.C. We formerly operated as Eagle's Nest Restaurant (Apr 2014 - Oct 2016)and as Eva's Eatery on Main (Feb 2008 - Aug 2010) We are happy to have relocated to our new permanent home and welcome the community and travellers alike to stop in and enjoy our hospitality.
