As a local, I love this place for lunch and afternoon meetings. I think it’s wrong for it to lose points for not being open at dinner or late. It’s a locally owned restaurant with two lovely owners. The food is good, and if you love baking, this is a great spot. My favourite is the quiche and summer berry salad. To die for.

Very Nice. Who would have thought such a small down could support yet another cafe bakery. Yet Bliss has definately carved a niche. It is way cleaner and brighter than its competitors. The staff is very effective and genuinely friendly. Yes the prices are at the top of the range, but on a sunny day there is no better place to have coffee and a treat in Gibsons. Also, I have had my best mocha on the Sunshine Coast here. But they too sometimes over-cook the soy milk.

3 Strikes you OUT.. First the hours of operation are confusing, they open Mon. then closed Mon., open late then not, open early and then nope, not.I have been there three times, found their panini’s pricey for sandwich with no salad or anything. It was not under $10!!!Tried a couple of sweets the next time, just OK and the date square not so great. The third and final time a cinnamon bun on the run, it cost with tax over $5!!! and it was under baked with raw dough in the center.
