Used to come here regularly for breakfast, rarely got my order correct even though I order the exact same every time, just went because it was cheap and easy. Brought my severely celiac sister here who stated her allergy, ordered just an omelette and asked to have no toast near her plate. Plate arrives and you can clearly see where the toast was pushed in to the omelette then removed leaving behind bread crumbs. She obviously didn’t feel comfortable eating here and they even charged her full price for the cross contaminated omelette she couldn’t touch. Never going again.

Gravy too.And I’m convinced they deep fry their already cooked bacon to warm it up.I would only go there for breakfasts and not have the bacon. At least the eggs don’t come pre-poached from somewhere else.
It’s just crap!! The owner has fired all her good staff. Got rid of the one good chef she had. It’s a real shame, because it used to be a great place to eat. The only thing it has going for it now is its location. Hopefully the lack of business there will spur an improvement but for now, I will never eat there again.

So-so. I found it pretty expensive for what you get. It has a great view and good service. Dining room has a cute atmosphere. The breakfasts are worth it, but for dinners…I had a burger and it was pretty average, a little dry.But I’ve heard from locals that the fish and chips are good. A good romantic spot I suppose, but not the best place for people on a budget. Not my first choice.
