I love this restaurant, it is quality. I am glad it is in my neighbourhood. The Italian cuisine tastes so delicious and homemade. It is so feel good and wonderful to have with wine, family and friends. They really do a great job.
Love to frequent mom and pops..HATE to be blamed for their mistake. Tonight we ordered pizza from ONE of our local pizzerias. I love frequenting mom and pop businesses as I manage a local clothing store and understand how much work goes into keeping it all clean, and giving excellent service to keep customers coming back for more.I called Aroma and ordered 2 pizzas to be delivered. I was told that they would take approx 25 minutes. When I placed the order, I was told that they were super busy (which I congratulated them for) . About 50 minutes later I called A’roma pizza to ask where our pizzas might be..we live 4 blocks from them. I was informed that they were waiting for us to pick up the pizzas. When I advised that they were supposed to be delivered, I was told they were still in the oven. Five minutes later they were delivered to our home cold with a coupon for 10.00$ on only the next size up.. When my husband opened the door for the delivery, he was told by A’Roma I did not know how to order delivery pizza, BUT they would give me a coupon for the next order. I am 55…I know how to order pizza.I like the pizza I hate the attitude.Will NEVER order from them again. One apology for making a mistake because we all do is all it would have taken.
