First time at this pub. The pub was ok parking was terrible, I ordered the breaded wings they were awful didnt even finish them. The wait staff was good.
Horrible service. The servers at Brandt’s are absolutely embarrassing. I have worked in the service industry for years and will tip a very minimum of 10% with bad service. I have been to Brandt’s multiple times now without leaving a tip because it was that horrible.
Solid Place for eats. Brandts is a great pub. Wing nights mon are spectacular. The atmosphere is pleasant. Waitresses are quite nice as well!
Dizzyblondekim. Soooo read the reviews hesitant I was, are you kidding the food was awesome and the service phenomenal!!! I dropped my knife it barely hit the floor and they were replacing it! Saturday night and busy.
Decent food. Great nightly food specials which makes this place busy. Staff are ver hit and miss. Some really great friendly servers, others very average and unfortunately there are too many that are down right poor, rude, ignorant in comparison too other pubs in Kelowna. If the owner didn’t have a monopoly in glenmore he would have a hard time sieving with that level of service!! The few good ones save his arse along with the cheap specials
Good Food. Terrible Service.. I go to Brandt’s because the prices of specials are good, and the food is usually great. However, I have been to Brandt’s often and it is notorious for having terrible service and unfriendly staff. No matter how busy the restaurant is, they are always frowning.
BBQ Ribs. Cooked to perfection and amazing homemade apple bourbon sauce11 Oct, 2014Fantastic!. Upon my arrival to the pub after a long drive from Alberta I was received with a smile. The pub was almost completely full, however the beautiful hostess quickly found a spot at the bar until a table came available. I was quickly greeted by the bar tender(Dana), and received my drink almost immediately. Before I had finished my drink a spot became available and I was seated at my table. The service I received was excellent (Meagan) and I was in and out in no time at all. All around an excellent experience, would recommend this pub to anyone visiting Kelowna.
