My boyfriend and I visited this restaurant last week and were sadly disappointed . Our server was great, very friendly . When the food finally arrived my bfs clubhouse sandwich was very plain . After noticing my burger was tasting funny I realized it was severely undercooked . When I made the server aware, he agreed that my burger was not cooked . He took it to the kitchen ,and returned shortly after telling me there was nothing they could do. Sadly I will not be back .

Seriously surprising how amazing the mac’n’cheese is. Try it. You’ll love it. The atmosphere is casual. There’s a massive fish tank that’s quite entertaining. It’s just nice to have a few more options in Glenmore to dine out.
Horrible food!!. My husband and I ordered our food the shrimp tasted funky my pulled pork sandwich tasted like nothing and the bread was so soggie. then the chocolate cake was so hard on the out side you would need a steak knife to cut it
🙂 good time at eks. We had a birthday party for 10 nine year olds. We had a private room which worked great. We did cake and presents there to. Excellent service. good food and very accommodating. We all had a great time and will definitely come back. Thank you EKS staff.
Thoughts for improvement. My family and I recently dined at EK’s Grill and have a few things to share. What was good:Upon entering, the aquarium wow’ed my family and I, and even impressed my teenage daughter, while entertaining my seven year old son. Servers were prompt, polite, and friendly. What needs improvement:While we were eating, a man, he looked like a chef or kitchen staff, walked onto to the floor. His shirt, and overall appearance was fairly dirty and off-putting. He was walking around and talking to customers as they were trying to enjoy their meal. As he neared our table, his over whelming, unpleasant aroma made us lose our appetite. The aquarium was very impressive, and while my family and I understand how upkeep can be rather pricey, it does not seem worth the overpriced menu items. For the quality of food the check was a bit high.
Amazing food! Great Staff!. My husband and I just moved to Kelowna and we weren’t sure where to go for a good quality meal. EK’s Grill was a great choice! Everything is made fresh and there is a lot of value for your money! A lot of their items are made from scratch. I had the Clubhouse and my husband had the Beef Dip. From the amazing fish tank to the fresh food, it was all amazing! We will definitely be back. To the people who compared EK’s to McDonald’s, if you like crap food McDonald’s is the place for you. You don’t know quality.
