One of my favorite bubble tea shops in Richmond. I come here quite often. I really like the selection in ice cream drinks they have as well as the mango slush whenever they have the mango in stock. They have a lot of drinks where they just made it out of almost and delicious chocolate bar!
The best bubble tea I’ve ever had! Wholesome flavours, not tol sweet, lots of toppings, lots of variety, friendly staff, loyalty card is a plus. I’ve had Ninja Bubble Tea, Blend Bubble Tea, Bubble World, Chatime and this place reigns over all. Great job guys!! Wish I could have you more. Open a location in Coquitlam!
Still my favorite bubble tea place in Richmond. They have a lot of amazing flavors (especially the chocolate bar inspired drinks), but my favorite is still the mango mochi. Deliciously sweet, refreshing and chewy from the mochi. They also have bubble waffles, but personally I find them only okay. The mango flavored one tastes a little artificial, but I’ve heard taro and matcha are yummy.
Bubble Queen in Richmond is located on Odlin Crescent at Pacific Plaza . It has variety of BBT and Bubble Waffles. We tried one of their favourite drinks – Mango Flavour Mochi. . We also tried their Green Tea Bubble Waffle with Blueberries filling. It was good, but not the best. We definitely will go back for Mango Slushes with Fresh Mango Cubes.
Really good bubble tea with a huge selection and amazing bubble waffles, only reason I didn’t give it a five was because it probably took a half hour to get some bubble tea

I love bubble queen’s goodies and bubble tea but I was not impressed with my recent experience. I come here quite often and usually I am fine with the wait times especially if you get a bubble waffle.. however this time around I witnessed one of the staff throw out dirty water in the front hedges, with his food gloves on.. then touch the door handles and then touch his sweater and then proceeded to serve me my food (all with the same dirty glove & one BARE HAND). I told him I witnessed all of that so he remade my waffle but I was still shocked that he even handled food like that in the first place! Food safety should be the main concern at any restauraunt business. I hate to leave a bad review but I am just really disgusted 🙁
