Went to check out the BBQ meats here and it was not bad. The roast pork was not too fat and the duck was juicy. Chicken was a tad dry but tasted ok. Overall the portions are decent and tasted average. The green beans were a tad on the salty side and the pork chops had just the right amount of sweetness and wasn’t too fat. Chinese broccoli was a bit thick though. The seafood with tofu was good but needed more flavouring. Kind of a small place so make reservations. A lot of take out traffic for bbq meats.
Went there for Sunday lunch because all other restaurants in that mall had long lineup. We ordered the BBQ duck plus salty chicken rice combo, a side plate of marinated duck wings and deep fried tofu. Lunch came with free soup. Everything was tasty, but a bit to the salty side. The duck wings were pretty juicy, not dry. Will come again.
Since the restaurant name seems to be expert of Cantonese BBQ, so I give it a try. It was very shocking, the bbq pork dry like rubber, it might have been sitting there for a long time and the moisture was being dried out by the heat lamp, same for the roast pork, the skin is dry and hard. The bbq duck is cold and salty, meat is dry as well, it’s totally wasting my time for the visit.
