The food itself is great, but the service is just terrible!!! The lady on the phone was rushing my order and wasn’t even listening to me. I had to repeat myself multiple times just to be able to get my order through.
Fukuroku is my go-to place so I can’t just write about one experience. I love this place ’cause they serve quality food for a low price. I often get chicken katsu don for $6.50 and that comes with rice. It’s so filling! They have chicken teri don for $5.50. The place is small but always clean, and the service is pretty good as well. Probably my favourite cheap eat in Richmond!
This is an inexpensive place to eat, and you get what you pay for. Personally, I thought the food was good and the service acceptable. If you’re looking for affordable sushi in a hurry, you can do a lot worse than this.
Cheap decent Japanese food in town but it wouldn’t be my first choice. The service is a little slow for a sushi express and did not acknowledge the customer right away. However, there are plenty of seating if you want to dine in as it is usually not busy for their dine in service. Most customers order take out. Parking is a bit difficult because it shares the same lot as Superstore and other vendors.
Ordered delivery. $3 charge. Got two party trays (Tempura Roll Tray & Sushi Lovers’ Tray). It was fast and tasted delicious. Definitely will order again!
It’s a small little place. Good location as I can go grocery shopping after lunch at Superstore just beside (same covered parking lot). Great prices/deals for what you get. Food is fresh. I like their bento choices.
Getting worst over the years. Quality is declining.
