Golden Sichuan is so spacious and clean. They have a pretty diverse selection on their menu. I can’t remember what we ordered except for the smokey duck but the food was really good. The table next to us were eating a platter of duck heads. Now that’s a dish I have never seen.
If I could, I would give them zero. I comment on restaurants based on Service and Food quality which they have none. We visited Vancouver last week for vacation. We picked this place for lunch because my boyfriend said he had lunch at this place 10years ago and had a enjoyable experience. We sat down and started looking at menus. After 20mins, nobody came to take our orders. A groupA group of people came after us had their order taken already and started eating. I asked one of the waitress that we are ready to order. She told me to hold on the second without even looking at me. And then she went to the other table. After she was done with the other table she still didnt come back to take our order.we waited for another 10 minutes still nobody came. We decided to leave and I went to the receptionist and ask for the manager.The attitude of the manager was OK and he told us to stay and he would take our order.so we stayed and he took our order and dishes was on the table within five minutes.and to me seems like all the dishes was precooked probably the day before and they basically just microwaved them. So overall my experience with this restaurant was very bad not only to the service but also the food and price was ridiculously high. Not recommend at all!
