Terrible service, and ridiculously over priced. We paid for all you can play and drink, also paid for food, so total bill was $70 for two. But they charged us additional hours because we stayed from when they opened until closed, even though we paid for all you can play… they were so rude, said they never had customers who stayed from opening to closing, and that’s why they are charging extra! The food was terrible, instant noodle and over priced. never go back again, and they charge $3.5 per hour per person just for staying there. Be careful when you go
Dont go here. Came with a group of friends for a night out and decided to go here to have bubble tea. we ended up staying for 3 hours playing card games and such and ordered food as well, none of the food was good at all. It is all microwavable food that took over 20 minutes to serve and was overpriced. The service was decent, they were nice enough but only one of the workers was actually working in the kitchen making us our food while the rest of them were playing games. When our bill arrived we were charged an extra 42$ just for staying there because apparently they charge 3.50$ per person every hour you stay there. They did not tell us this at all or made this clear so we didnt think the charge applied to us since we were only playing Uno. As we left they came out and told us we didnt tip enough. Never going back there again, I advice you buy a board game and just play it at home with friends where you won’t be charged for staying there.

We saw everyone playing games and asked if we could play uno, when our bill game we saw a fee of $28 for playing a deck of uno for less than an hour!!!!! We were never told it would be an extra fee and the incredibly rude owner told us we should of read the menu , which in fine print at the very bottom says they charge 3.50 an hour for game play. Your better off making your own food at home and buying your own games. This place is disgusting I really don’t know how they as in business as they as incredibly unprofessional.
Board Games!!!!. I love this bubble tea place! You can play board games while indulging on bubble tea, desserts and other snacks. If you are with a group of friends, the all you can drink/play package may not be a bad idea.I tried their rose black tea (hot) and it was quite good. Would come back again if I am near Alexandra Rd, Richmond!
