The Best Free Range Hainanese Chicken I have tried so far…Visited on a Sunday afternoon, a table for 2.Recommended by my Hair Stylist, I tried their Hainanese Chicken Set – Half free range Hainanese chicken, served with 2 bowls of chicken broth rice, 2 bowls of soups, & a plate of veggies w. Oyster Sauce.Very delicious! The soup was nice & hot, chicken broth rice was soft w. a taste of garlic, veggies dish was good. The half free range chicken was cooked perfectly. However, the green onion sauce was a bit greasy (too much oil but no ginger at all). If they can modify the sauce a bit, it would be a 5-star dish.Recommended!
