Video review on youtube: vancity food crew leung kee cantonese food.I tried a dish from this place, the stir fried noodles with beef. It consists of beef, beansprouts, green onion and noodles. The portion is very large but the flavour is lacking. It needs cabbage or carrots for crunch and more flavour. I would go back to try other stuff, I hear their soya chicken or their fried rice is good.

Wanting to have a quick dinner at Aberdeen. Ordered a soy sauce chicken with rice for under $10, you also get a free drink. I am pretty surprised by the quality of the chicken. It is still very soft and not too salty. For food court cuisine under $10, it is a good deal.
I am leaving a review because I want to comment on the service. The cashier who was working tonight was very rude. She yelled at me constantly when I asked her questions and shouted ‘ONLY CASH’ when I tried to pay with debit (their sign was not visible). Her attitude was one of most unfriendly attitudes I have seen from service workers. There is a more polite way of treating customers, and the way that she dealt with a customer is unacceptable.
One of the more popular places at the Aberdeen Mall food court. Great place for a quick fix when you are hungry. Portions are decent for $8-$9. Add $1 for a cold drink. Rice dishes are the most popular here (spareribs on rice, chicken on rice, minced pork on rice). Made fresh to order. Usually have left overs to take home.
Good price for a good amount of food but flavors and quality of ingredients are sorely lacking. Not exactly pleasant being served by the blank expressionless faces of the staff working at the time but it was close to the end of the work day on a Thursday evening. Not sure if it was the family that owns and runs it but a smile couldn’t hurt could it? I had the BBQ duck in noodle soup. Did not like it. Noodles were bland and processed, didn’t finish them. The pieces of duck that came on top were no where near what was pictured in the menu along the front of the kiosk. The pieces were fatty and chewy and barely had any meat on it. The leg I got was decent. There is always a random factor to the amount and quality of meats you get on top of noodle soups at Chinese food joints but I was not happy with my lot this evening. Did not satisfy me but did it’s job to fill me up. I don’t need much. Tried to have some of the wife’s fried rice but it was also bland, dry, tasteless and barely had any shrimps or ham pieces in it.
