I was told outside of Taiwans peninsula Meet Fresh isn’t thriving and doing too good, but in the rest of the world, it’s booming.I ordered the #2 menu item under tofu pudding which consists of tofu pudding with barley and yams. I also got it with extra tofu as well. For $10.75 this dessert was actually pretty bad. I love tofu pudding, it’s one of my favorite desserts since I was young. The tofu that I received in my bowl was of an odd and weird texture. I couldn’t describe it to the others that were with me until I took a bite out of the yam and it hit me! The texture of this tofu pudding is chalky and gritty like yams I just had eaten. I tried to snap a photo of the texture. It is by no means smooth.

Very Good location. Lots of parking space is what I like. there also has all kinds of restaurant near by. this one is a good place for desserts, their taros are preety good, add some red bean and sweetness in a big bowl, and I heard its import directly from Taiwan. if you like the asain/taiwan style dessert this is the place you wanna try. the brand is from Taiwan. I seen the place in Taiwan and lots of them in Mainland China. Glad to see them exbend to Canada now.
