The worker was cutting eggplant outside the restaurant without WASHING the eggplant first. She threw the pieces into another unwashed box. Not sure they will ever wash the pieces later, but even they do, the PESTICIDES already got inside the eggplant pieces.

Best $6 Dinner in Town!. It was late and my son were I are staying at the Comfort Inn just down the street. We had read in the Chowtimes blog how this place and other places in the food court mark down all their food after 6 p.m. Thought we would check that out. Yes, indeed, we got there about 8 and they were offering four items plus rice or noodles for only $5.99. You have to choose carefully because some of the food might have been sitting there for a long time (fried squid turned out to be a bad choice). We especially liked the braised pork belly dish. They really load up your plate. They also sell big plate size servings, three for $12. This could easily feed four. A lot of people seemed to be getting this to go. If you’re hungry and looking for a good deal, this is it.
