I am surprise to see there’s no review on this pretty good place. Being tucked in a sad looking mall (aka Admiralty Mall), not very many people know about this place. In fact, not a lot of people know this mall even exist. It took me awhile just to navigate this place from Cambie Rd. And if I wasn’t in the Bubble queen on the same street, there’s no way I know this place exist. Inside this mall, this place for some reason stands out from the other food stalls. The good thing about this place is the chef make all dishes fresh behind the kitchen. So it does take time, but the flavor is there. You get similar quality of food from a restaurant, but a little bit cheaper (by a $1 or so). I tried a few dishes, including their fried noodles, their fried rice, and some other dishes such as pork chop, fish in corn sauce. Most dishes are pretty good. This place is one of the better ones in terms of the food court standard, and they can accommodate any special requests. Overall, this is the place you can rely on, whether it’s take out (for me) or dine in (which usually won’t be the case as this mall is so hidden). Give it a try and it’s better than most food court places in Richmond malls.Verdict:Food: 8/10 (food prepared fresh, and tasty. They are pretty consistent in the ingredient. I wish they put more ingredient as I find some dishes is a bit skimpy on the ingredient)Service: 8/10 (nice lady, and offer accommodate and substitution on request)Price: 8/10 (Their price tag is not cheap for food court food, but these are good food)Overall: 24/30 (It’s worth going, and nowadays when Canadian dollar is so low, what they are serving is pretty good value)
