November, 18, 2018I didn’t go there at least 3 years.4 of us went there for lunch..We had….Braised pigeons… too dried, chewy and tasteless… they used to be good 2 years ago.. you need to reserve it, while you make reservation, if not.. they won’t serve youShrimp dumpling… taste like lot of msg and white pepper insidePan fried rice noodles with xo sauce … cannot taste any xo sauce inside.. so messy… tasteless.. didn’t come with hoisin sauce and peanut sauce, we need to ask for itGinger and pork with black vinegar sauce… omg… $13 just only have one pork feet with meat, 2 pork feet without any meat, just fatty skin with a lot of hair on it..3 big chucky old ginger, 2 eggs inside with the extremely sour black vinegar.Deep fried almond shrimp balls … the almond was too burnt, shrimp was tastelessTasteless Seaweed salad on Deep fried shrimp with red rice wrapped… something differentDeep fried radish pastry in swan shape… extremely oilySeafood fried noodles in pot… extremely oily, but a lot of small scallops inside, worth $14 for it.2 stars for service from the waiter with black suit and headphones, he was non stop changing plates every 20 minutes. They used to be full of crystal ball lights with grand Italian style red chairs, but they changed to cheap look green glasses lights and ugly orange chairs..We paid $105 + 20 % tips for 4 peopleWe don’t like to drive all the way to level 7 to park our cars, I felt dizzy after go around and around.

I used to go to this restaurant quite often for dim sum back when they were still in the previous location on No.3 road. Ever since they moved near River Rock casino I don’t visit as often as before. Not because of the new location but due to the decline of the dim sum quality. It’s just not as good as before 🙁 so these days I would rather go to Jade Seafood restaurant or Kirin instead.

High-end Chinese restaurant but the service was good and the waitresses were friendly. The restaurant is usually also packed — recommend reservations. The food is also very good and quite spacious in seating (tables not as closely placed as other restaurants). One of my staples when in the area.

We were waiting for our ride which took an hour, so we decided to have early dinner at this restaurant even the rating was not too high. It was 5pm and the restaurant was fully booked. We have not booked the table and the manager set up an extra table for us. Only two tables were occupied at the tie. We ordered 2 dishes (BBQ Duck and Sweet&Sour Pork) and both of them were delicious. Though the price was high, it deserves for it provides good food and services, needless to say its convenient location and nice decoration.

Serving shark fin soup. Shame on you. I hope you cant sleep at night knowing your unsustainable menu choices are killing our oceans. Shame shame shame.

Traditional and authentic Hong Kong style dim sum, one of the best in Vancouver in terms of decor and service. Portions are big and quality consistent. Clean bathrooms and environment for a busy Chinese restaurant. Can’t go wrong with their recommended favorites like steamed shrimp Har Gao, Char Shiu Bao Pork bun, and buttery egg tarts. I haven’t had a disappointing dish there. Highly recommended. Only draw back is the crowd and the wait time. Go at non peak hours and avoid meal times to get seats quicker.
