A modern take on Chinese seafood. Their main dish, the fish pot was excellent in size, taste and display. I was left with a surprised expression when the dish arrived. The rock fish was very soft and tasted great with the pickled hot pepper base. I enjoyed the wok flavoured mussels, which were also larger than average. The chef also gave his compliments with the best tuna tataki Ive ever had! Will be going back to try the spicier fish bases!
