Horrible place. Really weird reception area. It said please go online to look at their menu for take ouy. Stood around for 10 min and still no one came , finally went to front counter and still no one helped much. Finally one guy gave the menu but not much conversation there. When we received our drinks we ordered grass jelly milk tea and wheat germ milk tea. Both we very diluted in taste so it lacked a lot of flavor. Grass jelly was from can as we saw lots of opened grass jelly cans outside their store. Only pro there are darts machine. Nothing to come here for.

I did not expect the size of the drinks to be this little. A cup of Starbucks isn’t even this expensive. A can of coke is even better value. No tip!
Friend suggested to meet up here from Dart game. This place is big for big group gathering but I wouldn’t go there as foods and drinks are below average. They have 4 Dart machine, $1 per game and max.4 players at a time. The Dart needed some attention as they’re broken or torn. We have to ask the server to replacement them so we can start our game. We played 5 games each ordered a drink and two food dishes. The bill came $42.
If you are planning to have some good food and bubble tea, do not come to this place. I have been here roughly 10 times (I’ll explain why i come here so many times later) and I am not joking when i say this, 8/10 times they either screw up my order, or screw up my friends order. It surprises us when the food actually shows up. Their menu has a lot of choices, and it’s a hit and miss really, you either order something good, or you get unlucky and order something completely garbage. The only good side of Trues tea is that they have darts and they allow you to play cards for as long as you want, so it’s a nice little hangout for those who just want something to eat or drink as they hangout.
Feb 26, 2016 – UpdateThe service seems to be better, the water still has a weird moldy water taste, and we were allowed to play cards.2013/2014The evening was coming to an end, and a group of us wanted to go for BBT and food to finish off the night. The group of us all got an assortment of bubble tea and food. They brought the items out to us how they were ordered. My friends BBT never came, so we had asked them to make it. 5 minutes later everyone has there BBT sipping away and his is still missing. We had asked again about his missing BBT, again they told us they will bring it. Probably 5 minutes later when everyone was chowing down their food did they bring the last BBT out. We were told we couldn’t play cards in the restaurant.While the BBT issue was at hand, My other buddy had another Issue, his Chicken knuckles never showed up. We asked three different servers in intervals about this missing Chicken knuckles, It got to the point where if they weren’t going to make it by now, He didn’t want it anymore, It has been a little under two hours. When the bill came they charged 15% gratuity on the bill. With that kind of service, I was refusing to pay 15% gratuity. My party was too afraid to say anythingand was just going to pay the 15% gratuity. I wasn’t going to take that crap from them bullying us thinking they deserve 15% gratuity when they just brushed off everything like it was nothing and will charge 15% gratuity because of our large party. I told the waiter what happened and our party isn’t going to fork over 15% for the crap service. He said he would go speak to the manager, the manager came and said okay, you can pay us whatever you like, maybe 10% is okay. I’m thinking, Wtf? LOL, sure buddy. Maybe if you filled my cup with water when I had asked so many time then sure. The water is a love hate relationship. They put lemon slices in the water jug to mask the taste of moldy pipes.
I absolutely love the bubble tea options that they provide. I don’t know much about the food, since I only got a plate of tofu (which was okay). However, I thought they was a lot of different tea beverages to choose from. The interior is also very nice and cozy. I thought this was a nice place to hang out in the evening past 9pm.
Super slow service. The strawberry Calpico was good however I expected the caramel pudding to be the soft caramel pudding but instead it came out to be something that resembled a creme brle. So instead, I expected a custard type pudding but the pudding under the brittle caramelized sugar was hard and bland.
