This was never one of the food court stands that caught my attention. Not because i heard bad things about it, its just ordering hotpot was never something I had in mind. I was actually invited by Chinesebites to a Taste of Aberdeen media event.I want to touch base on a quick review about their drunken chicken hot pot. When I tried this I was absolutely IN LOVE with the soup base. You can definitely smell the alcohol in it but don’t worry, you won’t get drunk off this dish. It was hot, the ingredients were fresh, the chicken was meaty. It’s a great dish to warm up your belly and it was very satisfying. I would definitely try out the rest of their menu now & I highly recommend you guys to check them out and order this dish! Bad service and long wait time. Took half an hour to finally get my order but my 3 year old finished eating already. Boss had her black face to me and threw my ticket away when I complained about the wait time. No customer service what so ever. Will not go back.
