New tramonto has terrible food, terrible menu, no more seafood and only one steak not much of a choice.I’ve never seen this kind of menu list, so simple like you reading a 2 pages of news paper.
We book a reservation for 15 people knowing that We can try again the Seafood platter with lobster tail, striploin, mushroom soup and their best Ceasar salad. But there all gone. We are so disapointed after Weve seen the menu. So We decided to leave the Restaurant. Honestly this is the worst menu Ive ever seen. Starter, sides, and Main are everywhere.
Nice and quite restaurant… food was delicious and waiter was friendly and helpful! Scallop were very fresh and juice…prawns were nice and big! I couldn’t finish the fettuccine cuz it was a big portion. I think I will bring my family back again!
exceptional service!! they opened the doors for us as we were approaching & offered to hang ourcoats the moment we walked in. particularly enjoyed the mashed potato – it had green onion & bacon bits in it. i thought the sauce that came with the lamb duo was a little too salty & the caesar salad had too much dressing. wagyu beef was excellent,don’t recommend dipping soy sauce because the meat has enough flavours in itself. garlic prawns were nothing really special but still tasted good. overall, a great dinner! would return again.

Third Times The Charm.. I’ve been to Tramonto a couple times before and the food was always good, just not great. But…Tonight I was rather delighted though. The hostess was warm and welcoming as she took my coat and brought us to our table. Our waiter was very friendly with ample appropriate suggestions. I had the sturgeon and my friend had a caesar salad with garlic prawns. I can’t speak for his food but mine was spectacular. My portion was much larger than I anticipated but this is definitely not a complaint! The sturgeon sat atop swiss chard which paired wonderfully with the parsnip puree and foraged mushrooms. Service was prompt and friendly with a personality that made me very comfortable, the perfect service for the atmosphere. I’m a server as well and I noticed all of the little things that were done to make sure that my friend and I were always content, I don’t think my sparkling water was ever less than half full! Other occasions when I have been here it’s been the same, the staff is 11/10!My most memorable part of the evening though had to be the dessert, a combination of two of my favourite desserts, I have never seen them paired in such a deliciously beautiful way crme brle and tiramisu in one dish. It was too marvelous to explain you are just going to have to go there and try it yourself!
Would love to give it 6 stars!. Had my birthday dinner here and it was amazing.When I entered the restaurant, the very friendly hostess greeted us and welcomed us to Tramonto. She then seated us at a lovely corner table where it was quite and with a great view.We ordered the crab cake which was good. My bf ordered the beef tenderloin and it was so soft and tender, it just melted in my mouth ! I ordered the seafood platter and delightful !!! The yummy clams, lobster tail, crab claw and scallop !! (It came with mussels but I’m not a big fan of it, so I asked for more clams)Anyways it’s always a pleasure to come here because the food and service is always consistent 🙂 I can’t wait until I come back again!P.S. You must try there pear sorbet !!!!!
