The turkey products in this deli have all been delicious, HOWEVER I have never been to a place where the staff have been more miserable and downright rude, I have been there a number of times in the past year and the attitude just seems to be getting worse and worse. They stand around doing nothing yet will stare straight through you and ignore you. Tomake it worse, the girl who served me the other day kept coughing while packaging up my food, only grunting when I asked her any questions. I can’t for the life of me understand what would cause everyone to be so consistently awful to their customers.
I worked for these guys for a brief time. The owners were horrible to their workers. They would yell and belittle staff at no cost and in front of customers. They weren’t going to pay me for my time,but demanded they pay me. When they asked me to sign off for getting paid, I signed in front of them and they had the nerve to tell me that my signature wasn’t real. WTF
Have frequented this store for breakfast and lunch from time to time and always been slightly disappointed by the bad service like getting the order wrong and being slow, we went in today to try to order a custom turkey roll for Christmas. The first two people we spoke to did not know what we meant (?). A third employee advised that we would be able to do so. Finally a fourth employee (older lady with long white hair) came over and informed us they were not taking custom orders till December 21st and wed have to come back then. When I asked why, she walked away. Appalling customer service. And that was it! Will never go back.

Underwhelmed. Ordered Turkey dip smelled funny and Italian sandwich also ordered by my spouse . Not anything special and came to $27 for the two of us . There are better places to eat
Beware the attitude though.. This place used to be great. Past few years they’ve nickled and dimed the heck out of everything. Especially the quality of bread for their sandwiches. Still, get them on a friendly day, hour, ok- there’s like rare 15 minute intervals…but it’s like you’ve won the lottery when it happens. Turkey Strips are great if the kitchen staff isn’t dragged from their break out back.
