OK food but overprice. I went here because google has good reviews about this one. The decor makes me feel that it isnt a restaurant but someone’s home. Really nothing fancy. They dont have the typical korean restaurant utensils and bowls. deep fried gyoza for 8 buds and any entree will be around 11 to 20, they have some very expensive combo 127 buds. taste is good but not worth the price. will not go back for a 2nd time because nothing remarkable.
Chicken chow noodle dissaster. Got take out from here ordered the chicken chow noodles, and wonton soup one word yuck!. The noodles on top were cooked but underneath were dry uncooked and crunchy, ridiculous. The wonton soup had a big green long plant on top looked like it was picked from a tree outside. The wontons were falling apart probably returned then recycled for me. Never go here again.
Reasonable food for reasonable price. It’s a good location but it’s barely visible to the naked eye when driving by. The jajangmyun was pleasant while the kanpoongi had good flavour, the Jjampong was on par as well; though I’ve tasted better in the Surrey area. I’d like it if this place invested on a store front sign, and had Jjamchamyun on their menu. Otherwise 4/5.
Very good food, satisfying flavor! Jjajangmyeon is the bomb! Me and my friends ate here, and it was their first time eating korean foods and they like it! Job well done guys but just change your store hours because you’re not open until 10 pm ok? The worker said the store is closed and its only OPEN TIL 9PM, and its only open until 10pm every summer. BAD COMMUNICATIONS THO, but thanks for the good foods.
Hong ma no. Overall, pretty tasty food with reasonable pricing.interior is a little dank and there was children’s music playing loudly the entire time we were there.but a good meal ended on a bad note when i went to pay at the counter and paid my bill w/o tip (was going to leave on the table) and the lady peaked at our table and demanded a tip.
I love the food especially the sweet & sour chicken! service needs work.
DELICIOUS.. The food is absolutely delicious, and the service is excellent. The black bean sauce noodle is not too oily or salty and the quantity is very large. It’s a wonderful combination with the pickled radish. The sweet and chili chicken comes out crispy on the outside and tender on the inside, which is what it’s supposed to be! YUM. I tried the rice cake with seafood soup, and if you love seafood, you’ll love this. Once, the manager?I believe, gave us complimentary fried dumplings! Clearly, I have been here many times and also ordered take-outs. Never disappointed. The servers are always very friendly and attentive, it’s like they really actually care about you eating their food! The prices are good too. You must go!! It’s amazingly wonderful food with yummy Korean side dishes! 🙂
