Good!. I don’t know much about Ilocano food but this was impressive. There were choices I hadn’t heard of before like brasied goat and and tangy sliced pork belly. How can you argue with ingredients like that? They were all prepared in a unique way. I highly recommend that you try this. On that note, why is it that we can’t have more filipino choices for eating out? This is a cuisine that deserves further exploration.
