Love the place!. The food here is awesome! Their Sashimi is so fresh and I love their California roll. And you have to try the BBQ pork ramen. It’s so delicious. The service is great and the price is very reasonable. Overall, would highly recommend to everyone!

The service was amazing. The jalapeo popper sushi is amazing and original. I would refer this place to anyone that lives or is visiting Vancouver
NOT FRESH. I am a sushi lover and I eat sushi at least three times a week. I tried Ebi sushi for the first time since I moved in to Maple Ridge not too long ago. Sashimi fish SMELLED. This restaurant should look out for what they are using to make sushi. I would not give another try for the ebi. Better Sushi restaurants in the ridge. stay away!
Bleach on my roll. Went to ebi sushi today , order some rolls when they came I ate one and immediately thought it didn’t taste right , I could smell bleach I thought it was just them cleaning but after picking up the second piece and smelling it I discover bleach water or something was on one side of the roll. I told the waitress and she was slow to responed I took the plate to her and she immediately took it away. My mouth and tounge are still tingling . And after that they still gave us the bill but at least they took off the charge for the roll, unreal! I will be honest I would have recommended this resturant but sadly not now, just really disappointed .
Spicy Ebi Spring Roll. Awesome
Dissapointing sushi. All dishes came out one by one. Beef Teryiaki lacked flavour and was also served on rice with combo tooo much rice. Prawn tempura seemed undercooked. Sorry but there are far better sushi places in Maple Ridge:-((
