Great food, my favorite.. I think when people complain about the hostess owner that they forget that she runs the floor by herself and I can imagine that it gets a little crazy and stressful, no excuse for cranky or rude but sometimes a little understanding of a busy nite makes us give her a break too.
Another fantastic meal. Crab and Lobster ravioli was absolutely incredible fresh fresh fresh. By far the best in maple ridge. Don’t forget to make a reservation.

Amazing food and service. Small which gives it that very personal touch but a warning. Dont bother trying to get in last minute especially on the weekend. Always seems full. Our favourite!! Great atmosphere, great service and incredible food. If you’re a fan of mussels, you won’t find better than here. We have dinner here frequently and have never had a bad meal.
Best Pasta in Ridge. The restaurant is tucked into a corner and isn’t obvious to notice when passing by, but what a surprise Il Corsaro is. They serve by far the best pasta in Maple Ridge. All the dishes are delicious and well-prepared. Service is friendly, though it seems the most common regulars will definitely get the upper hand in terms of attention. The restaurant design is moody and atmospheric, a good place for a dinner date. Overall a fantastic experience, and definitely the place to go for pasta in town.
