Used to love this place. Ordered from them once a month, was always happy with their service. Ordered today at 5pm, was told it would be 45 minutes. 90 minutes later we called back and asked where the pizzas were and were told it was on it’s way. Called back 15 minutes later and a very, VERY rude person said they had no such order on their records. The SAME GUY who took our order. I will never go there again.

Tryed to order from sopranos today but the person I ordered from could not speak English well.After 5-10 minutes of ordering (50$)He finally sort of figured it out…but then he could not understand my address,I got fed up and canceled the order.Then I phoned back to tell him I cancelled the order and he said he understood and proceeded to repeat my address to me for the order…Normally they are pretty good but not on this day!fire that guy or send him to school!And I moved from Surrey
This is our favourite pizza place to order from since we moved out to Maple Ridge. The service is exceptionally friendly, the food is always fresh, and the pizzas are generously loaded with toppings and cheese. It is a great value for the price point. I noticed comments about the delivery time, it can take awhile, but we always factor that in when we order (we’ve ordered for pick up when in a hurry). It’s well worth a bit of a wait either way!

This restaurant was by far the best delivery/takeout food I have ever had. Take out loses a lot of its quality when you dont eat in store. Me and two friends ordered a double order of the chicken souvlaki and calamari appetizer and we werent able to eat it all in one meal. We all kept saying out loud how amazing the calamari was, which is hard to get right for me. Im very picky about calamari and have had many I found quite gross but even after delivery this was the best calamari Ive had. And the chicken was so good everyone said over and over again how delicious it was. I grew up in the Middle East and this chicken was by far the best Ive had in the twenty years since I moved to the lower mainland. It was full of flavour, wash’t undercooked and was still moist and soft. The greek salad was so yummy and they didnt skimp on the cheese or the dressing and again i think its the best greek salad I’ve had. The potatoes were nice too and the rice had nice flavour and wasnt dry. Im not a fan in general of rice or potatoes. The delivery was quicker than it said. The service was amazing the manager phoned me after I placed the order online to double check the order. He made sure I got everything I wanted in the way I wanted it. it was a great experience all around. They have pasta and Greek food and lots of pizzas but the Greek food really knocked me off my feet.
Wow, great pizza with lots of topping and cheese. This pizza is made with quality ingredients and it was delicious. I highly recommend Soprano’s Pizza if you are looking for a hot delicious quality pizza. The specialty pizzas are loaded with toppings and so tasty. I don’t normally leave reviews but the pizza was so good that I needed to let people know….
Pizza the way it should be!. By far, the best pizza in this town. Quality is always excellent and even has that old Jims Pizza taste that has long been forgotten… even by Jims Pizza themselves. The crew at Sopranos are also very pleasant as they strive for excellent customer service. Been coming here for more than 3 years, and has been consistent every time. And the price? Internet pick up special, 3 topping large pizza for 10.99?? WICKED DEAL! Would recommend and won’t be going anywhere else for my pizza!!
