Good Pho, clean restaurant and I had very good service. I had the spicy Pho with beef, chicken and ham, it was very good, next time I will get the Pho with rare beef as it looked awesome.

One of the best places I’ve been to in the lower mainland.I cannot comment for a lot of the menu items but the #9, 10, 19 for soup are top notch. And the #42 vermicelli bowl is delicious. Soup: – not too salty- broth is fresh and not to beefy (Delicious Pho down the street by Browns…is super beefy. – noodles are fresh and not too greasy (they could give you a bit more) I generally order extra noodles anyways – beef are thin cut slices that are tender. I have been there quite a lot in the past 2 years and maybe once I experienced a bad batch of beef Vermicelli bowl:-large portion-fresh-noodles can be a bit bland, so leveraging the pho broth or hoisin sauce is a must -spring rolls are very good and not too meaty or cabbageyService: – friendly service staff and even more friendly owners – one note, if you are with a large group get them to write the order down and confirm with the table. This isn’t specific to just this location but all restaurants to confirm orders. Condiments:- condiments get its own section because i wanted to bring to life the chili oil that this pho joint uses. I know the oil is made in house and does not have fish sauce in it. I personally dislike the chili oils with fish sauce in it, as it masks the spice a bit of the chilis. I highly recommend trying the oil, but be careful when enhaling your food because if a chili oil gets stuck sucked back in there you’ll just be coughing a lot 🙂 If you are in and around the tri cities and looking for one of the better pho places to hit up, give this one a try.

The food and service were good, but there was no public washroom, which is a pain when dining with children. Other than that initial inconvenience, it was an enjoyable meal.

Spacious, clean , friendly and authentic Vietnamese-run place. My first time here, had the #10 small pho thai bo vien ($8). In general the pho broth was good, even dad, who makes his own pho, gave a passing grade. The broth had good flavours, aromatic, but a touch greasy. I did enjoy the noodles and bo vien (beef balls) texture – just enough bounce. Dad noted he felt they gave too much noodles, relative to other ingredients. The menu is a bit limited – just the typical selection of Pho, Bahn Mi and some vermicelli and rice dishes. Not really any vegetarian options, only the shakes and drinks maybe (?), so I wouldn’t recommend going here with vegetarians.Overall it’s a good, average plaza Pho place — will satisfy pho cravings if you’re in the neighborhood but I wouldn’t go out of my way to go there.

Their noodles are chewy but not to chewy and their soup is not to salty it’s just right, and their grilled chicken is packed with flavours. The service needs some improvement though.

Not even a cup of coffee. I don’t eat at these type of places because I can’t eat the food. However, because the others I was with really enjoy pho, I accompanied them. To be sociable, I ordered a cup of coffee . What I received was a half cup of cold, bitter coffee. It was undrinkable. I now know that I can’t even get a cup of coffee at this place.

COLD low quality PORK and CHICKEN in the subs. Inconsistent but more often COLD and bad quality (fatty-low grade) pork…sometimes delicious but unfortunately the last time the pork was totally cold, and the wife – hostess is quite rude and should learn how to work the cash register better… SORRY but you lose, gave you lots of tries and re-tries and this gross insult was the last straw.
