One of my favourite cafs. Came here last year and ordered a mango shaved ice. The shaved ice I ordered was really good. The mangoes were sweet and fresh. The shaved ice was fluffy like snow. They also have a lot of cute food items on their menu as well. Gotta come back soon!
No directional sign can be found in the shopping mall. It is a bit difficult to locate the shop. Lots of flavours (for example: custard, red bean, milk, …) were all sold out at early tea time. The cashier was polite but he did not recommend the available items to me. I keep selecting the bun but the reply is sold out. If they can show the available one on the list it will be helpful for ordering. The product is good. And it is perfect match with the affogatto.

I tried Coffee Buns first in North Vancouver at the Quay – I adored them. The Coffee Buns here a little less good. Still yummy and a good treat. The dough is not as fresh it seems. The Coffee Bun in Coquitlam has some interesting creations though including spaghetti and meatballs and an ice cream coffee bun…I’ll have to try them one day!
Had a coffee bun and it was meh. Not great. The top was fantastic. It was covered in this sweet and coffee flavoured crust. The bun however, was just and normal bun with A LOT of butter. It left a greesy and oily film on everything. ):
We came here for snacks ordering two red bean coffee buns and a cup of green tea latte and a cup of multigrain lattes in the afternoon. Great drinks and food!! We couldn’t find any coffee buns other than this shop in Coquitlam and the one in North Vancouver. Great interior design inside, great for students to study or work in this cafe and great for friends to get together, drink and eat and relax. The only downside of this cafe is the ventilation. When we were there, there was stuffy air inside. They should open one of the doors and let some fresh air get into the cafe.
