Artisan food shops like this harken back to better, simpler and healthier times. Mass production and rabid consumerism have severed many of our roots to the land and local food security. Hilary’s is among those trying to repair those severed roots. Great local cheese, great service and the perfect foodie companion to another local food vendor a couple blocks down Fort Street – Choux Choux.
