I almost always order the same thing for lunch at JJs….the Sichuan style braised beef noodle soup. It was fantastic…a slightly sweet delicious broth and beef that melts in your mouth. Sadly, I went today and it was not the same soup I’ve been ordering for the past few years. The broth has changed…not as thick and didn’t have the same slight sweetness. The beef was tough and I had to really bite into it. I was so disappointed. I’ll try it one more time but if it’s the same as today I’ll have to switch to something else.
