I walked into the location on Yates and Quadra to get a cup of hot water for my tea. I was more than wiling to pay for the cup and water if charged . I went over to grab a lid on my way out the door and i was told in very rude tone by a short over weight girl that i could not take condiments when only getting hot water . I support Starbucks with 25 bucks a week and i get the rudest service at this location . i think i should have walked the two blocks backward just to the one on yates and government . the staff is so nice and friendly. Very rude service!!!
Starbucks coffee is Bad. I ordered the blonde roast because I normally can’t stand the typically over roasted Starbucks coffees, not to mention the abysmal Pike Place Roast.I took one sip of my blonde roast and threw it away instantly…it tasted like watered down nuts 🙁 Won’t be doing that again…
Was good once upon a time, now, not so much.. This place has gone steadily downhill over the last 5 or 6 years.The manager cannot seem to keep decent staff anymore.Additionally the amount of times I have seen (and smelled) homeless people and drug addicts in this location is too many to post here.Avoid.
Strange sales strategy. I entered Starbucks (yates and quadra) to purchase some treats for my staff, unfortunately I entered at 9:20pm and that store locks its doors at 9:30pm. I was told I could not buy any of the baked goods because they had put them in containers already. I was the only person in the store intending to make a purchase, I don’t think with two staff working it would have been alot to open the containers and sell the goods. In short worst service from a Starbucks I have ever had and the staff might need a tune up on how to do their jobs.
