  If I could give negative number rating, I would. The service and food were beyond awful. We stayed at the hotel attached and got a $20 voucher for breakfast. So we walk in and saw an old man running the front end. We stood at the door waiting a few minutes to be seated. He finally notices us and yells over to us across the room to seat our selves. We do. There was one large table full of 3 generations finishing their meal, a family of 5, a family of 4 and another couple. We sat for about 15 minutes waiting for menus let alone drinks. I noticed a lady walk in with a jug of milk, then I hear her stirring a glass full of something. She comes out with a few glasses of ‘chocolate’ milk. She watered it down with milk. This lady proceeds to bring out some orders. From what I can gather, while she was out getting the milk, the old man took orders, botched the orders and she is bringing out orders that he messed up on (he took an order from the family of 4, one child asked for scrambled egged with her French toast and the eggs never came out). So we finally get menus and we order drinks. The husband ordered a coffee at $3, we thought it was free refills, yeah no, $3 per cup full. RIP off. We get our order and the hash browns weren’t fully cooked, they were still raw in the middle and no flavour. It seems as though everyone was from the hotel using the $20 voucher. The family of 4 was given the bill, the old man took off the $20 and the lady verbally told the family that she forgot to take off the $20. The family pays and is about to leave, then the lady realizes the old man actually did to it already and asked the family to pay the $20 that she messed up on. We got our bill and we’re taxed on the whole bill, not to mention we were already taxed from the hotel for that same $20, so someone is double dipping the tax man. When mentioned this, the lady did nothing and went behind the partition in the room and was talking about us to the old man. Just because you can’t see us, doesn’t mean we can’t hear you. Just saying, just saying have a bit more professionalism.Side note, old man needs to retire or let ppl do the work before he botches other things up.

  Worst ever. Do not waste your money at this place. We had the WORST experience ever In history here in Canada. Safe to say the worst food and worst service I ever experienced. Steak was raw, sent it back and it came back burnt to the point where it wasn’t even breakable. Salmon dinner was huge disappointment!!! Portions was not worth the money either. The fries with the kids chicken fingers meal was soaked in oil and raw! My kids refused to even touch it. We had to go to the pizza shop next door after $120 here for dinner. Everyone walked out if the restaurant swearing or angry.

  Decent service, but wow food so disappointing. Order a roast beef sandwich for $9.85 with fries I’m thinking should be good and affordable. But wow got half a sandwich of two plain white pieces of bread with nothing on it not even mayonnaise with a little roast beef clearly heated and brown fries that were also clearly just heated it made sense than why so few people were there and the other restaurants were busy.
