The breakfast buffet is too expensive for the food that you get.Almost 60$ for a 5 year old and 2 adults. We went on the Monday of a long weekend I’m presumingeverything would be fresh because of turnover.Pro – -The omelet station was great, the chef was nice and entertaining while waiting to order or for the omelet to finish. It was quick and professional. -The hash brown and potatoes were good. -My son loved the cereal selection.-Wait staff was quick and helpful. Dishes were cleared awayquickly without them hovering around.-Everyone was incredibly friendly and professionalCon:-The bacon was hard, not crispy – hard. -The waffle was soggy and droopy. -The sausage was soaking in maple syrup which isn’t what savory people like me want. -The fruit had that fermented after taste of packaged fruit salads left in their own liquid for too long. -Cereal bowls are too small. -Drink station only has pop and juice, you have to pump the milk from the cereal station dispenser. -I had to put the bread through twice just to toast, it was merely heated the first time-Plates weren’t as easy to find as most buffets-Eggs were watery and rubbery-Pastries were dry, like they had been siting outfor a couple daysOver all it was okay but definitely not worth 60$ for a family of 3, one being 5 years old.

Good service and great view. However, $22 plus tax and tip for a SIMPLE breakfast buffet is insane. A lot of the food was passable but some was actually inedible.

I like it, I think some of these bad reviews are out dated. The food was good, they have a omlette bar, fresh fruit, a reasonable range of bakery items, juices, pot of coffee on your table when you walk in and very friendly staff. All for $18 I find good value.

What a rip-off!! Don’t waste your money. The Copper Room was always a great place to eat brunch. We attempted to eat there again recently only to be told by the hotel that the buffet is now being served in the Lakeside Cafe… so off we went and as usual we paid up front… To our horror we found that the buffet was not what we had enjoyed before or lead to believe it was when we made our enquiry. Gone are the calvary, the fish platters, the wonderful choice of desserts… Now you have over microwaved chewy bacon…. the lowest quality sausages I have every had the displeasure of eating, in fact they weren’t eaten as they were nothing more than tubes of grease! It’s nothing more than a cheap and nasty hotel breakfast of a much lower quality than you would expect in a 2 star hotel never mind Harrison Hotsprings Hotel Resort.. And it was $17.50!!!!! That’s right, $17.50 for the worst crap I have ever had to serve to myself!! I don’t like disappointment but worse still is being duped into thinking the food is what we have had before and being ripped off with this awful microwaved trash…. Worst experience ever! It was so embarrassing having sung their praises to our party to be let down in this way… disgraceful! The manager of that establishment should be fired and warned never to return to the hospitality industry again…. You may of guessed, we won’t be going back!

Have been frequenting the Harrison Resort for many years, especially the restaurants. Sadly the price has gone up considerably over the years, while the selection has diminished. Last time we went (Dec 2013) a lot of items in the buffet had run out and we had little choice, no allowance made for special diets (diabetics) and to top it off in the Lakeside Cafe, we had to pay before we even got to the table. I was quite put off.

Worst service I have ever experienced! Servers act like they do not want to be there. I was asked if I wanted dessert half way through my meal, and then right after (as I was still eating) the waitress gave me the bill! She persisted to ask it I wanted to pay cash or card. Has this woman, Donna, been through any training for this job?? Horrible service for such a friendly and pleasant hotel.
