Absolutely brutal service and even more disappointing food, came in with a group of 9 for brunch all of the dishes came out half of what they said on the menu. Supposed to come with Morgans breakfast potatoes ended up coming with fries, Classic breakfast and omelette were both supposed to come with scones but apparently they ran out and didnt even bother to say anything until we said something. Couldnt even bother to replace scones with croissants we had to ask for the replacement that was SUPPOSED to come with the meal. I get it they looked very understaffed but there must be a clear line of communication between BOH and FOH and that was not there. Very very disappointing place would never recommend or come back to such a poorly ran establishment.
Exceptional food quality. The seafood was so fresh and everything was oh so tasty. The white wine (dry riesling) was beautiful too. Friendly staff and nice atmosphere. Definitely the jewel in the Harrison area.
We had dinner here last night. Staff was polite, knowledgeable, and made us feel at home. Tonight stopped to have a nightcap. Bartender said the seats at the bar were for guests who had reservations, 5 seats plus half empty restaurant. Talk about feeling dissed. Very rude. Shame on you on a cold snowy night. Now I won’t be back
They seem to really like garnishing dishes with dried parsley, not sure why. The space is nice but there is no soft surfaces to absorb sound so if you happen to be there at the same time as a table of drunk cougars you won’t be able to hear your dining companion. Signage outside lists menu items they don’t have available; I understand that halibut is out of season but it’s still on your sign. Business doesn’t have a website so you can’t see the menu before you go.
Wonderful meal presented well and great service. My husband had Icelandic Cod and I had Rack of Lamb done to perfection.Cozy atmosphere and friendly staff
Might have tried the food if they hadn’t wasted an hour of our time. .said they were booked solid but to come back in an hour. .we did and were offered a tiny table in traffic while the booth we wanted was still empty from before…seemed kind of careless of incoming customers. Is this a doctor’s office?
My wife and I were very happy while celebrating our anniversary here. Service was a bit slow and the seating on the patio was tight but the view of the lake was very nice to look at while conversing over lunch. My wife ordered the chicken with Bree while I had the pulled pork sandwich and both were wonderful. I agree with other posts that the food is a bit pricy but it was excellent, well worth the money, and perfectly portioned to satisfy without feeling too full to walk along the lake. If it is a beautiful day and you a enjoy a high class casual meal I recommend it.
