I have to be honest and clear here. This is my first review I have ever done on a restaurant as an executive chef I take everything with a grain of salt.My girl friend and I went here tonight for dinner and knowing it’s the off season we knew already it would be busy as we arrived we had a friendly greeting with a warm atmosphere but a mild oder coming I think from the kitchen. We first ordered 2 drinks made with hard liquor cause that’s how we like them, we also visited the day before for drinks and the consistency was not the same. That’s why we only ordered 1 this time..As for the food: we ordered honey garlic chicken wings, blackened chicken spinach salad and the ”special” butternut squash and prawn ravoli…Honey garlic chicken wings: $12 for 10 small wings that were less then average in taste and sitting in the fridge for at leave 4 days before they were ”cooked to order”Blackened chicken spinach salad: I mean this from the bottom of my heard this may be the worst salad in North America I have had some bad salads before but this bad. Over seasoned chicken breast with there house dressing what the menu didn’t say spicy house dressing. Salads need balance and this did not have that, it was crazy spicy over crazy spicy I actually started to break a sweat eating this salad so be careful when ordering. Now theButternut squash and prawn ravioli: this was there yesterday’s special served again today so presentation was beautiful but that was it. As I look at the ravioli it was clear it was a frozen product cooked with garlic butter sauce minus the sauce lol 4 prawns that were cooked nicely but flavour was overall a .5 of 10… this dish was a very bad knock off of the cactus club Rivoli and prawn dish just saying and if I knew this dish was $24 I would never dream of getting it. The cactus club ravioli was cheaper and everything there is fresh and made with truffle. Our overall experience was terrifying having to pay $91 for food like this and never would I dream of coming back here to eat… I wish them best of luck and warm friend to eat somewhere else
Nice view. Service was ok. It was overpriced for what it was. We ordered Fish and chips and the fish tasted like frozen fish sticks….horrible.
Ok food. Horrible service. There was only two other tables besides mine and I could not believe how slow and unfriendly the only waitress was. The head chef came out to take orders…. What’s that about!
Love it. It was very good, I would bring my whole family here. Nice atmosphere and ever nicer servers.
Very Good!. The food was delicious and I recommend it to everyone who goes to Harrison! The appy’s were very good too along with the service. The view was incredible! Great restaurant!
Over priced salmon burger / yam fries / cider $27
Excellent!. Excellent Food, freshly cooked, friendly staff and amazing view. I was there several times during my stay in Harrison and enjoyed the food each and every time.
