Been here a few years ago and finally got to come back last week! Stayed at the resort again but only had a 1 day mini getaway with my mom, my bff, her mom and her sister and a friend of our parents. Great little girls trip! I’ve dined at the copper room a few years ago and really enjoyed my experience so I decided to take the girls here for the one dinner stay! Perfect dinner! The food, the service, the ambience. Everything was amazing! I had the duck breast with a glass of the house white wine! everything was perfect! My mom had the chicken. It was a little dry but still good.My bff had a soup and the tuna sashimi! Beatify thinly sliced ginger tuna! Her mom and sister shared the steak and lobster platter and they both were amazed with the flavours and perfectly cooked steak!! The friend had the seared halibut! She said it was delicate and flavours were tasty! The table bread with the round shaped butter balls were great!! The Copper room will defs be one of my go to restaurants when visiting Harrison 🙂 can’t wait to be back!

We came in as a group of 30 dancers for a set menu dining and dancing – Dancing for Dessert Studio, Langley BC. The cost was $70 pp plus drinks. I wish it had been a little lower for a group like that. Food – 5. Delicious, balanced and presented well. Service – 5. Impeccable. Ambiance – 5. The Jones Boys are as reliable as ever to give you a good time with their dance tunes.

Food was good but not great. A good tenderloin steak should not be drowned in a gravy. The orange brandy sauce on the duck breast was far too strong. The service was good but expensive dishes that taste only of one sauce are a huge disappointment.

Dined at the Copper Room during Thanksgiving weekend 2016, service was thoughtful and attentive. We all ordered from the a la carte menu and everything was quite good. Admittedly, the prices are a little high and the food could use more seasoning but the experience as a whole was quite lovely. I’ve noticed that a lot of negative reviews are from folks that dined on set menus, I would encourage them to try to order from the regular menu, it might cost more but you’re going to get better, fresher food.

After coming here for years, I’ve noticed things have changed. Prices have soared along with personally unfavorable menu changes. Quality of food has decreased a bit as well. Not sure I will be returning for another meal.

The Copper Room is higher-end than most of the restaurant in this area. It is located in the Harrison Hot Springs Spa and Resort. They have a dress code where you can’t wear t-shirt, short or running shoes. Definitely plan ahead. It is a romantic dining experience with live music and a large dance floor. Essentially it feels like you’re back in the 80’s. The prices are quite high for what you get, but the dishes are decent. foodology.ca

Overpriced, Under Seasoned.. We had a meal included in the hotel package. We had a 3 course dinner. My boyfriend had the mushroom soup – like warm and unflavored – I had the garden salad, pretty standard, nothing special, not horrible. The beet curls gave the salad a nice look. For the main entre my boyfriend had the fish (a little overcooked), I had the steak – cooked well, but lacked seasoning of any kind. For dessert he had the cheesecake, I had the chocolate mouse. Desserts appeared to be a boxed dessert from a food company – something you could get at any establishment. That being said – the service was attentive, the house band was fabulous and everyone was enjoying themselves on the dance floor. While I wouldn’t make this my first place to go for a meal – it was a fun place to enjoy the evening.
