TLC in a small place!. Nobu has been on Edgemont village for years, and no wonder, it is the best sushi to-go!Very small, just the owner and his wife, but do not let this fool you. I find massive sushi places with many servers, the quality lacks – especially in North Van area! The service might not be attentive as large sit down restaurant, but that doesn’t mean they are rude or unkind!Personally I dont mind that becuase the QUALITY is surely there!!! My favourite is their miso soup and kamikaze roll is AWESOME
